Returns the status of the specified mailbox (RFC 3501 section 6.3.10)
Status::Status( Command * c, Mailbox * m )
Constructs a tagless Status command that'll return UIDNEXT and perhaps HIGHESTMODSEQ for m, before c sends its completion OK. This is a helper for Notify.
