IMAP/STARTTLS support in Archiveopteryx

STARTTLS enables TLS encryption for an IMAP connection. All recent IMAP servers support STARTTLS, and many clients use it. (Archiveopteryx also supports SSL-wrapped IMAP connections.)

TLS support is enabled by default in Archiveopteryx, but can be disabled using the use-tls configuration variable. We strongly recommend leaving it enabled. TLS use can be enforced using the allow-plaintext-access variable.
