Checking which Archiveopteryx servers are running
The aox show status command displays a summary of the currently
running Archiveopteryx servers. It knows the difference between a
process that was never started (e.g. tlsproxy with use-tls=off) or
one that has crashed (and left a pidfile behind).
The only option, -v, causes aox to print the PID of each server in
addition to its name.
